From May 1st to 10th, the district of Les Corts hosts De tapes per les Corts, a gastronomic initiative that invites citizens to tour the bars of the area through their tapas and to participate in the election of the best of the year. The event, however, kicked off last Thursday with an act on Diagonal avenue, in front of the Clara Campoamor gardens: a presentation that served to publicize the proposal and warm up engines before the start of the tapas route.
For ten days, 27 establishments from different commercial axes of Les Corts will prepare their own creations with an offer that combines traditional cuisine, innovative proposals, and sweet options —with information at all times about possible allergens to guarantee an inclusive experience—. The participating establishments will offer their tapas in specific time slots, which can be consulted in the leaflet included below.
De tapes per les Corts incorporates a key participatory component: citizens will be able to vote for their favorite tapa through a tapa passport, which can be collected at participating establishments. To participate, it will be necessary to taste at least 4 tapas from three different commercial areas, mark the favorite and deposit the ballot in the ballot boxes enabled at the District Headquarters, located at plaça de Comas, 18. Among all valid participations, gift vouchers will be raffled to be used in local commerce, thus strengthening the commercial fabric of Les Corts.
The programming will culminate with the final party of the contest, which will take place Saturday, May 16, from 11 h to 14 h, in the Plaça de Comas. The event will include music, entertainment, tasting of the finalist tapas and the recognition for the best tapa of Les Corts 2026, chosen by popular vote.
