The pine forest of Can Camins is one of the few areas in Catalonia that reproduces, with an exceptionally good state of conservation, the set of plant communities characteristic of the Mediterranean backdune.
It stands out for the variety of orchids and fungi that live there. The fauna is mainly composed of woodland birds, such as the great tit or the treecreeper. It is a very delicate forest and pulvinar habitat, and for this reason free access is not allowed and, therefore, these guided visits are a great opportunity to get to know it.
If you want to know this natural space of the Prat coastline, participate in one of the free guided visits that are held the first Sunday of each month. (except July, August, January and February).
