Estel Solé Casadellà (Molins de Rei, 1987) is a writer, actress, producer and cultural director. As a writer, she has published poetry, theater and children's stories. In 2011, she received the Amadeu Oller Prize for her poetry collection Dones que somiaven ser altres dones. Her play Animals de companyia was a success in our country, went on an international tour and has been produced in Mexico, Madrid and Panama. Aquest tros de vida is her second novel (Ramon Llull Prize 2025). Currently, she is co-director of the Perifèria Cultural cycle. She writes weekly opinion articles in Vilaweb, collaborates on La tarda de Catalunya Ràdio and on the program Tot es mou on TV3. She is also part of the board of directors of Òmnium Cultural.
