The Welcome and Information Point is an open door to which people with very varied needs arrive.

Through the Welcome Point, general information is provided on basic immigration procedures, district and city facilities and services, labor issues, education, health, gender relations, etc. These actions are carried out by a team of first-contact volunteers who provide assistance at the 9 Barris Acull premises
