Can Portabella is a municipal facility for civic management, which aims to promote citizen participation and networking among individuals and associations that coexist in the territory. For this reason, in addition to offering guided activities, special relevance is given to the community projects that are developed in the center with the intention of promoting the empowerment of the people who participate in them.
