The **Cabanas Foundation** and the **Museum of Cal Gerrer** will celebrate, in 2026, the centenary year of the birth of **Marilyn Monroe** (1926-1962), with a whole series of heterogeneous events that will revolve around this global icon, such as exhibitions, theater, cinema, and concerts
About the exhibition
"Sequential Images" is an exhibition of the original photographic work of Frederic Cabanas. Based on the photographs from when he published the book "Marilyn Monroe 3-D" in 2002 with parallel vision stereoscopic technique and on the digital work of 2005, the result of seeking the appeal of successive images, with the controversial short film from 1952, with images of the actress Arline Hunter imitating Marilyn Monroe
About the book
"Marilyn Monroe. Frederic Cabanas Archive" explains the collection about MM that Frederic Cabanas has been acquiring and documenting and exhibits at the Cal Gerrer Museum, with the anecdotes and adventures of the acquisition of each exhibited work
