Workshop: Our body as a refuge and play

Date and time: Friday, March 13 at 6 p.m.

A space of gentle exploration where the body becomes a safe haven and movement an act of pleasure. Through somatic tools and the theater of the senses, we will inhabit the present respecting the rhythms of dynamic and invisible disability. Here there are no correct forms, only the curiosity to discover beauty in the small and the possible. A workshop to let go of demands, regulate the nervous system and reconnect with the joy of feeling.

The attendees must wear comfortable clothes.

Workshop of giantesses and other activities

In the framework of the month of March, Women's Month, we invite you to participate in a festive and family morning around the giant world. The giantesses workshop wants to highlight the role of women in popular culture, accompanied by activities for children: drawing of the giantesses, games and a hot chocolate to share together.
