The Casal de Cultura is a municipal facility that currently houses the following entities:
- Associació d'Amics del Ball de Saló de Sant Adrià de Besòs
- Associació Ball Ciutat de Sant Adrià
- Associació Catalana d'Afectats de Fibromiàlgia (ACAF)
- Promoción de Danzas Folklóricas de Sant Adrià de Besòs
- Associació Pro-Disminuïts Psíquics de Sant Adrià (ASSA)
- Associació Familiars de malalts d'Alzheimer (AFABSS)
- Coordinadora de Jubilats i Pensionistes de Sant Joan Baptista
- Coral Gent Gran Sant Joan Baptista
- Escola d'Oportunitats
- Grup de Teatre Social de l'Institut Manuel Vázquez Montalbán
In addition to the aforementioned entities, there are a series of services that use the different rooms of the Casal de Cultura, such as: Drawing and Painting Courses (Art School), Memory Workshop, Social Theater, Coral Guapa, Women's Council, revitalization of the Anti-aircraft Shelter, etc. Available spaces:
The Cultural Centre has three floors distributed as follows:
- Ground Floor: Exhibition hall (multipurpose hall), lobby, and concierge's office.
- First Floor: Office for the neighbourhood councillor, computer room (also used to supplement information provided at the air-raid shelter), soundproofed music room, various rooms for workshops, meetings, etc.
- Second Floor: Auditorium
