Practical and empowering space aimed at strengthening security, confidence, and personal autonomy. Through physical techniques and psychological tools, strategies are worked on to identify risk situations, set boundaries, and respond to different forms of violence.
Beyond the physical aspect, the workshop promotes body awareness, emotional management, and collective support, creating a safe and respectful environment for learning.
Addressed to women and dissident identities, no prior experience is required.
