The gastronomic festival All Those Food Market returns on April 25 and 26 to the Moll de la Fusta in Barcelona. It will do so bringing together more than a hundred proposals and local artisans by the sea.
In addition, for the first time, this gastronomic fair will feature a space dedicated to zero-waste consumption with projects such as Trashto vintage store, Upcycling Bottles and Proyecto Olvido.
A market of artisans to fill the pantry
The market of producers and artisans will once again be the heart of the festival, with a space to discover projects that bet on quality artisan product. There will be, for example, the urban cheese shop of Pinullet, the natural vegetable creams of The Nut Club, the wild mushrooms of Boletruff, the cured meats of Farrés Boqueria or the raw honey of La Nostra Mel, among others. To them are joined already consolidated projects of the festival such as the extra virgin olive oil of Oli Cometes, the bean-to-bar chocolates of Kina Chocolates, the organic fruits and vegetables of El Petit Bané or the gins made with botanicals of Outer Gin.
In the field of craftsmanship for the table, arrive from País Basc the knives of Xeita Kitchen Tools, which will share prominence with the minimalist ceramics of Oema Ceramics, the seasonal flowers of Flora et Labora and the candles of Lento Candles.
Restaurants of Barcelona, on the street
The offer of street food brings together proper names from the Barcelona scene. They debut at the Aüc festival, with creative seasonal cuisine; Osteria Borbotta, with a contemporary Italian proposal; Colmado Carpanta, with dishes inspired by popular recipes and Tope, with Mexican tacos. In this edition, neither will be absent the beers from Garage Beer and La Pirata, nor the cheeses from Switzerland, which will welcome the gastronomic event.
In addition, several stalls will feature a children's menu to expand the offer for families visiting the festival.
Beyond the salty
Sweets will continue to play a leading role. Among the projects will be Morreig's crispy puff pastries, Pasté's cheesecakes, Mamma Tiramisú's tiramisus and, as a novelty, Alterna Mostrador, with artisanal plant-based pastries. delaCrem's ice creams and Nomad Coffee's specialty coffee will be added, perfect to accompany the proposals.

Gastronomic workshops and activities
The festival presents a varied agenda of activities with proposals such as the workshop of What Peppers!, where participants will discover the world of spicy foods and cultivate their own chili, or the one for creating Vegetable Totems with fruits and vegetables, guided by Helena Fradera, co-founder of Tiberi.
The program will include a round table on What is a bodega?, with the participation of Carmen Cortés and Òscar Broc (journalists), Alberto García (Bodega Montferry and Bodega Carol) and Neus Pérez (Quimet & Quimet), moderated by David León and Irene Gonzalvo. In addition, attendees will be able to enjoy an analog Photowalk led by 08mm, and an experience to discover Barcelona from the sea aboard a classic wooden sailboat by This is Med. WeRoad will also propose a dynamic to connect people through travel and shared experiences.
Families will be able to enjoy open access workshops such as Arrela’t, to create an urban garden, or an activity to discover Tête de Moine AOP and the artisanal processes of cheese, led by Formatges de Suïssa. Bonsfocs will organize a bread workshop with chocolate pearls, and the family chill out space coordinated by Mammaproof will return. Dogfy Diet will have a space dedicated to natural food for dogs, reinforcing the pet-friendly nature of the event.
The music will accompany the two days with DJ sessions like Hanakito and Sonido Tupinamba.
The schedule will be from 11 h to 22:30 h on Saturday, April 25 and from 11 h to 20 h on Sunday, April 26. Advance tickets are already available here.
