This summer, if you like cinema and enjoying some time outdoors, you have a new date with Pantalla 2026. From June 25 to July 23, a new edition of the Barcelona Districte Cultural film circuit will be held with 45 free outdoor sessions in 13 spaces spread across the ten districts of the city of Barcelona.
During these weeks, you can have a cinematic date with Mario Casas, Miki Esparbé, Eva Llorach, Pol López, Maria de Medeiros, Carles Francino or Adriana Ozores, among others.
All this on a summer night where you can watch a movie in such emblematic places as Plaça Sant Felip Neri, Plaça del Rei, in the gardens of Vil·la Florida or in the Aqüeducte park, among others. And for free.
16th edition with great headliners
The sixteenth edition of Pantalla presents nine current feature films that combine comedy and drama to talk about memory, identity, family, precariousness and second chances. The billboard includes L’àvia i el foraster, La furgo, Los Tortuga, Molt lluny, Norberta, Un lugar común, Un sol radiant, Una quinta portuguesa and Wolfgang, a selection made by the cultural centers participating in the initiative, to bring some of the most outstanding titles of the Catalan scene closer to the public.
In addition to the screenings, DJ Dani Kongo will create a musical selection inspired by each of the films, now available on Spotify, now and throughout the cycle. And all films include subtitles and most also offer audio description through the AudescMobile application.
Screenings in 13 spaces in Barcelona
The screenings will take place at the following points in the city, which will once again become open-air cinemas during summer nights:

- CC La Sagrera – La Barraca (Plaça dels Jardins d’Elx)
- CC La Sedeta (inside the block)
- CC Pati Llimona (Plaça Sant Felip Neri and Plaça del Rei)
- CC Vil·la Florida (in the center's gardens)
- CC Zona Nord (Aqüeducte park)
- Auditori de Sant Martí (Plaça Angeleta Ferrer)
