Music, theater, and dance have filled the Teatre Grec of Montjuïc every summer since 1929 (with the sole exception of 1977, when the festival was not held), which today is a symbol of Barcelona's cultural life
Teatre Grec
The Teatre Grec is an open-air theatre in Barcelona, located on Santa Madrona street in Barcelona, on Montjuïc mountain. It was designed and built in 1929 for the International Exposition held in Barcelona, inspired by the Teatre d'Epidaure. The architects were Ramon Reventós and Nicolau Maria Rubió i Tudurí
