Tiberi Club has just opened Tiberi Kiosk, a new bar-cafeteria located in the inner courtyard of the Frederic Marès Museum, in Barcelona (Sant Iu square, 5, Barcelona). It is a space open to the city where you can have a coffee, an aperitif, share dishes or enjoy a glass of wine in one of the quietest corners of the Gothic Quarter.
The new establishment is located in this unique space that is accessible from Sant Iu square. It is an open-air courtyard surrounded by Gothic stone and vegetation, a few meters from Barcelona Cathedral.
To enjoy it, you don't need to enter the Museum, it has free entry, anyone who passes by can stop there.
Local gastronomy
The gastronomic proposal of the new Tiberi Club establishment combines local ingredients with a contemporary view of traditional Mediterranean gastronomy. The menu includes pastries, sandwiches, seasonal small dishes, vegetarian options... An informal offer designed for both the neighborhood public and visitors who walk through the center of Barcelona every day and are looking for a quiet place to stop for a while.

Within a historic setting
The architectural project of the new establishment has been developed by the Metrònom studio and Clara Solà-Morales, with a final result that introduces a deliberate contrast with the Gothic environment of the courtyard. All this to transform a space full of history into a place of contemporary aesthetics.
When the kiosk is closed, it functions as an abstract volume. When it opens, the doors unfold like a fan and reveal an intense red interior that appears unexpectedly within the museum courtyard.
Its opening hours are: Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 am to 7 pm; Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 10 pm and Sundays from 11 am to 10 pm. They are closed on Mondays.
