Sant Adrià del Besòs will celebrate from April 16 to 19 the first edition of the Tapa Route 2026, an essential gastronomic event to discover the most creative and quality proposals from the bars and restaurants of the municipality. For four days, gastronomy lovers will be able to taste unique tapas and participate in a raffle with prizes valued at over €350.
The Ruta Tapa works as a contest where each participating establishment offers a special tapa accompanied by a drink (quinto/canya, water, glass of wine or soft drink) for only €3.5. Consumers will receive a participation ballot that they must fill with the stamps of at least three different bars to enter the draw for four prize lots: the first prize includes a lunch or dinner valued at €100 at the most voted restaurant of the Tapa Route and a product lot, while the three remaining prizes consist of lots of local products.
In addition to the popular draw, a professional jury from the hospitality sector will evaluate all participating tapas and will award three commemorative plaques to the establishments with the highest-scoring proposals in taste, presentation, culinary technique, and creativity.
During the celebration of the Ruta Tapa, the City Council also plans to organize musical and cultural activities to revitalize the city and make gastronomy a complete experience. This year, Sant Adrià will celebrate two editions of the Tapas Route: the first in April and a second planned for the month of November.
The participation ballots will be available at all establishments adhering to the Ruta Tapa and the complete list of participating bars and restaurants can be consulted soon on the City Council's website and on social networks.
